半导体器件仿真大型实验教学改革.

Experimental teaching is an important part of undergraduate education, and is an important way for students to master theoretical knowledge and practical application. The reform of experimental teaching, under the background of new engineering, focuses on the experimental content and teaching method. The paper proposes the reform of experiment content, teaching method and evaluation system of "comprehensive experiment of semiconductor device simulation". Based on the software operation and learning, the comprehensive experiments are selected to include the different device types, physical models, and analysis methods. The research experiments are joined, including new materials, new structures and new features related to devices. The new teaching method is introduced, a comprehensive evaluation system covering the learning content of each part of the experiment is established.
