Spontaneous Bilateral Iliopsoas Tendon Tears.

The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old woman presented with a 1-year history of bilateral hip and thigh pain, marked on the right. There was a history of two falls in the past month. A history of hypertension was apparent with no known steroid use. Clinical examination revealed pain upon hip flexion, on the right and the pain was relieved with external rotation at rest.
