BEYOND THE USUAL COURSE: ADDENDUM.

The article presents the amendment to the Supreme Court of Missouri Rule 58.01(c) (4) on the production of documents for inspection. Also cited are the federal law in the U.S. on electronically stored information (ESI) production, the interpretation of the 'reasonably usable' phrase under the law, and how the rule change should be enforced.
