Abstract

In order to improve the working efficiency and system stability of cutter head rotary system of shield machine, a mathematical model of cutter head rotary hydraulic system is established by simplifying the model of cutter head rotary hydraulic system. The cutter head rotary load is analyzed, and the calculation model of load torque of hydraulic system is determined. A cutter head based on variable universe fuzzy PID is established by using variable universe method for rotary hydraulic system. A simulation study on the control system of linear variable load and random load applied to the cutter head torque is carried out. The results show that when the cutter head torque increases, the proposed control system can adjust the cutter head rotation speed at any time to achieve the balance of the total power of the system and reduce the cutter head speed adjustment. The results provide a theoretical basis for the design and improvement of rotary hydraulic system of cutter head of shield machine. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
