“LAS ENERGÍAS RENOVABLES EN LA REFORMA DE LA LEY VALENCIANA 5/2004, DE ORDENACIÓN DEL TERRITORIO, URBANISMO Y PAISAJE (LOTUP)”.

This paper analyzes the influence of amendments to Territorial Planning, Urbanism and landscape law of Valencian Community (LOTUP) on renewable energy generation facilities. The results highlight that despite the one of the objectives of law is to favour the renewable energy, the amendment of law is confusing and difficult. It creates considerable legal uncertainty. Finally, it is also apparent the existence of several administrative authorizations and licences that constraint to develop energies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
