Abstract

Metal halide perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have attracted tremendous attention as an emerging photovoltaic technology due to their high efficiency, low cost and ease of fabrication from earth-abundant materials [1], [2]. We fabricated mixed Pb-Sn low-bandgap perovskite solar cells using NiO SB x sb as HTL with a planar device structure of glass/ITO/NiO SB x sb /perovskite/C SB 60 sb /BCP/Cu (Fig. Our results indicate that NiO SB x sb is a promising HTL for mixed Pb-Sn low-bandgap perovskite solar cells, which sheds light on fabricating highly efficient and stable all-perovskite tandem solar cells.
