ÇOCUK OYUNCAKLARININ ÇOCUKLARIN GELIġIM ALANLARINA YÖNELİK ETKILERININ GÜNÜMÜZ BAĞLAMINDA ĠNCELENMESĠ (SĠVAS İLİ ÖRNEKLEMİ).

The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of past day-to-day children's toys on children's development areas. In the study, case study from qualitative research types were used. The study group consists of 26 people living in Sivas province centre and randomly determined ages from 20 to 52. The data were obtained by using an open-ended interview form consisting of four items. Semi- structured interview form was applied to 26 people in the age range of 20-52. The participants was asked some questions about the toys that their children today. In the analysis of data, frequency analysis and content analysis techniques were used.It has been determined that children's toys generally contribute positively to the physical development of children, especially to their character development, to the formation of effective social relations, emotional and cognitive development via the data obtained from the participants in the study. It has also been found that children's toys give children creative thinking and reasoning skills that emphasize sharing and patience. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
