关节镜清理术配合玻璃酸钠与温针灸治疗 KOA 的临床效果分析.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic minimally invasive surgery combined with sodium silicate and warm acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis (KOA). Methods A total of 73 KOA patients who met the inclusion criteria from June 2015 to June 2017 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into the treatment group (n = 39) and the control group (n = 34 ) . The control group was treated with intra articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and warm acupuncture. In addition to the above treatment, the treatment group assisted arthroscopy. The visual analogue scale ( VAS score) and the Lysholm knee function score were compared between the two groups. By comparing the levels of serum transforming growth factor β (TGF β) and insulin like growth factor 1 (IGF 1) before and after treatment, the clinical effects of the two groups before and after treatment were studied. Results Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups were followed up at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ) . The Lysholm knee fuction scores in both groups showed an upward trend, and the scores of the treatment group were better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0 05). The serum levels of TGF β and IGF 1 were higher in the two groups than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P < 0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic debridement combined with sodium hyaluronate and warm acupuncture for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis can significantly relieve symptoms, improve joint function, and is associated with elevated serum levels of TGF β and IGF 1.
