Abstract

Pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) is a papulosquamous disorder that sometimes fails to respond favorably to oral retinoids or methotrexate (Klein, Landthaler, & Karrer, [2]). For the most treatment-refractory patients who reported attempting three different classes of biologics (TNF- , IL-12/23, and IL-17 blockade), only one of eight patients completely failed to show any improvement.
