Abstract

After referral for pulmonary endarterectomy, pulmonary angiogram revealed extrinsic pulmonary artery obstruction due to FM without any evidence of thrombi. Angiography found a tortuous bronchial artery with pseudoaneurysm that was embolized, all of which are likely sequela of pulmonary artery obstruction. CT angiography revealed stenosis of the main right pulmonary artery with calcified mediastinal lymphadenopathy consistent with FM. [Extracted from the article]
