PULMONARY HYPERTENSION DUE TO FIBROSING MEDIASTINITIS: A SPECTRUM OF CLINICAL PRESENTATIONS.

After referral for pulmonary endarterectomy, pulmonary angiogram revealed extrinsic pulmonary artery obstruction due to FM without any evidence of thrombi. Angiography found a tortuous bronchial artery with pseudoaneurysm that was embolized, all of which are likely sequela of pulmonary artery obstruction.
