The Use of Filters in Library Discovery.

The article focuses on limited use of the filters in library discovery and librarians were using the Primo facets and lack of facet use led me to a deep dive into the analytics. It mentions user behavior for faceted navigation and could be completed within 10 minutes of the users' time and administer the usability test and also considered usability testing software.
