Abstract

Median raphe cysts (MRCs) of the male genitalia are benign and usually asymptomatic; therefore, they are rarely diagnosed or treated in children. Median raphe cysts (MRCs) are uncommon benign lesions of the male genitalia that develop from the median raphe. Close follow-up of multiple and large paediatric MRCs is desirable; we recommend surgical excision as the first-choice treatment for complicated lesions, even in younger patients.
