Unique Services Available from the Hospital Library.

The article focuses on the offerings of hospital library that provides services to the hospital and access to evidence based information resources, print and electronic journals and books. It features some history of mediated searching in the hospital library and the results of a small survey carried out by the librarian of a medical library at a large urban teaching hospital in Los Angeles.
