Otologic Manifestations of Immunoglobulin G4-Related Disease.

The article describes the case of a 53-year-old female with immunoglobulin G4-related disease and with a year of progressive right hearing loss refractory to high-dose steroid treatment. Highlights include bilateral vestibular weakness according to electronystagmography, and headaches experienced by the patient 18 months after onset of initial symptoms, and left temporal craniotomy underwent by the patient for dural biopsy.
