Molecular characteristics Associated with 18F-FDG Uptake in Intrahepatic Cholangiocarcinoma.

We analyzed RNA sequencing in iCCA patients to evaluate gene expression signatures associated with FDG uptake patterns. Cell cycle, hypoxia and metabolism-related pathways were enriched in high SUVmax patients.
