Evaluación del liderazgo de los directivos de la educación superior cubana: un procedimiento metodológico.

This paper suggests a methodological procedure for assessing Cuban higher education executives' leadership qualities. The procedure was appraised on the basis of expert opinions, and by using it at three universities. It is a tool for addressing issues regarding executives, making their assessment easier, and allowing executives to be trained, who will be able to make necessary changes to universities for these to comply with society's demands.
