EL ACOSO ESCOLAR EN LA EDUCACIÓN GENERAL BÁSICA, INSTITUCIÓN SANTO DOMINGO DE LOS TSÁCHILAS, EN ECUADOR.

The aim of this article is to make the community aware of the danger of bullying and ways to avoid it, through the implementation of a workshop-conference. The study methodology was the survey of students of an educational center in the city of Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, in Ecuador, a workshop-conference was applied to the students. From the study it can be inferred that: school bullying is present in Latin America, with 70%, in Ecuador, with 69%, and in Santo Domingo de los Tsáchilas, with 67%. Although the surveys have different nuances, the background itself is the same. The conclusions were that a high number of girls, boys and young people suffer bullying at school and that these results are similar to the National Survey of Children and Adolescents (ENNA) conducted in 2010 in the country.
