Percutaneous gallbladder drainage as a bridge to concomitant coronary artery bypass grafting and laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

A 74-year-old woman with left main and three-vessel coronary artery disease was scheduled for off-pump coronary artery bypass grafting and developed acute severe cholecystitis preoperatively. Percutaneous gallbladder drainage was placed to achieve gallbladder decompression and infection control.
