Abstract

At the time of the « emergence »-seeking, the present article attempts to contribute to the promotion of enterprising mind by the holders of a diploma in sociology of the University of Yaoundé 1, where the self-vocational integration is very weak or nearly nil. Basing on the counting the survey results, the author reveals alternately the definition of an enterprise, the types of enterprises in Cameroon and the techniques of creating and scientific management of firms. Considering that the new researcher for African development must always questions oneself on the end and the impact of its scientific activity (Jean-Marc Ela, 2001, p.26), the authors give a few suggestions to improve the self-employment situation of the holders of a diploma in sociology.
