Abstract
- The article presents a case study of an infant girl diagnosed with Interrupted aortic arch underwent the Norwood procedure with the RV-PA conduit (8 mm GORETEX) at 3 months of age. It mentions that She had left hemiplegia after surgery; computed tomography confirmed cerebral infarction in the right middle cerebral artery region.
