Abstract

AC withstand voltage test is a routine test for on-site handover of high-voltage equipment. The conventional withstand voltage test device system is composed of power supply,transformer,reactor,and capacitor. During the test,the loading and unloading process of the equipment is difficult,the wiring is complicated,and the time is long. In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of field test,a 750 kV AC voltage withstand test vehicle is developed by refitting the car structure and integrating the excitation transformer,capacitance voltage divider and resonant reactor into SF6 integrated metal tank. The test vehicle has strong maneuverability,and the whole test system in the vehicle can be automatically deployed without secondary assembly and secondary wiring,which improves the efficiency of field AC voltage withstand test.
