This study problematizes the theoretical synthesis in discussions between Foucault's structuralist and poststructuralist "textuality" and "discoursivity" and such concepts as ideology, hegemony, colonialism, imperialism, other, generation of identities deriving from Gramscian Marxism in terms of giving life and historical, ideological and imaginative reality to the Orient in front of the Occident, taking into consideration Orientalism by Edward Said. Orientalism that changes the classic representation in academic world and which connects politics and ideology as it is based on an independent and actional object deals with conceptualization focusing on ontological and epistemological contrast between the East and the West.
