Linear immunoglobulin A bullous dermatosis with severe ocular sequela.

Linear immunoglobulin A bullous dermatosis is a rare autoimmune disease with a good response to dapsone. We present the case of a female patient who was diagnosed with bullous pemphigoid and initially treated with systemic steroids; however, a poor response to the medication led to treatment discontinuation and loss to follow-up.
