Abstract
- The article presents the study of Harlequin cells (HQ) has called hybrid eosinophilic basophilic precursors, are cells harbouring both eosinophilic and basophilic granules in the cytoplasm. It mentions that the cells ubiquitously present among many bone marrow aspirates (BMA) without any clonal myeloid neoplasm, cells do not extensively studied with paucity of available literature, and the BMA has submitted between the period September 1, 2018-September 30, 2018 at Laboratory Oncology Unit.
