Abstract

In view of the needs of the training IoT engineering professionals, the paper deeply researched OPNET, SoftRadio, Qemu,Proteus,Docker and other software, and built a comprehensive IoT virtual simulation experiment teaching platform. The paper focused on the experimental simulation teaching of computer network, wireless network, embedded IoT gateway and others coursed in the network layer and embedded gateway layer. The basic experimental project and comprehensive experimental project of related courses were designed. The experimental project runs through the serial port, communication programming, network communication programming and database programming expertise. It better solves the problems of " communication, storage, use" in the design and implementation of IoT application systems. Practice has proved that the virtual simulation experimental teaching platform provides better support for the experimental teaching of the network layer of the IoT and the embedded gateway layer.
