GC-MS/MS 在研究生实验教学中的应用.

In order to widen the professional vision of students, gas chromatography coupled to tandem mass spectrometry (GC-MS/MS) was applied to postgraduates ' experimental teaching. Students were encouraged to accomplish together the selection of gas chromatography conditions, the quantitative methods development based on single and tandem mass spectrometry, which stirred up their subjective interests, improved their abilities with respect to teamwork and scientific research innovation. Scientific research projects were converted into experimental courses. Through comparing the effects of two instrumental methods on the determination of nitrobenzene in soil matrix samples, students obtained the good understanding of the test effectiveness of GC-MS (/MS),which was conductive to the future research work of postgraduates. To improve teaching efficiency, diversified teaching methods were explored and practiced. This course helped students to master the operation of instruments, provide a solid underpinning for the open use of large-scale instruments in public laboratories. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
