A mobile-based barrier-free service transportation platform for people with disabilities.

The transportation problems faced by the elderly and people with disabilities have received attention from policymakers and practitioners. Eden Social Welfare Foundation (Eden) has observed the challenges and expectations from the elderly and people with disabilities while operating Rehabuses and long-term care services in Taiwan. This study presents a social business model for people with disabilities based on Eden's mobile-based service platform for barrier-free transportation.
