Abstract

The author proposes a compelling case for a nonlocal modification of Einstein's theory of gravity. This main assumption leads to an extension of Lorentz invariance for accelerated observers in Minkowski spacetime and a new classical nonlocal generalisation of Einstein's theory of gravitation, presented in this book. The book is concise and elegant, targeting physics readers looking for modified gravity answers in order to explain a number of cosmological problems, including the existence of dark matter.
