B Author Information b An event is serious (based on the ICH definition) when the patient outcome is: * death * life-threatening * hospitalisation * disability * congenital anomaly * other medically important event A 73-year-old woman developed cerebral haemorrhage during treatment with citalopram and edoxaban for non-valvular atrial fibrillation (NVAF) [ I routes not stated i ]. A brain CT scan revealed haematoma of >18mm diameter in the right intra-parenchymal thalamus-capsular area without compression of the third ventricle and with peripheric oedematous halo. During follow-up examination after 3 weeks, brain CT scan revealed improvement of brain hematoma. [Extracted from the article]
