Abstract
- This section offers public health-related news briefs in Europe as of April 1, 2020. Hans Kluge was named Regional Director of the World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Office for Europe. The European Commission has published a public consultation on Europe's Beating Cancer Plan. The WHO Europe special project on the Cultural Contexts of Health and Well-being (CCH) has published a report confirming that the arts can be used as an effective tool for health promotion.
