Abstract
- The article discusses group of researchers led by Cao B. have performed an urgent randomized clinical trial of the efficacy of lopinavir-ritonavir drugs in patients with Covid-19 in Wuhan, China. It mentions that lopinavir-ritonavir does not seem to be highly effective in patients with Covid-19; and also mentions that lopinavir is not particularly potent against Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2).
