Abstract

The article discusses the results of a study on the influence of miR-142-5p/212-5p mechanism on cardiac fibroblasts after myocardial infarction in the mouse model. Topics mentioned include the inhibition of the profileration and formation of collagen in cardiac fibroblasts, the effect of transforming growth factor-beta or angiotensin on cardiac fibroblasts, and the use of luciferase reporter assay.
