According to both Islam and Europe, a business owner who runs a business by incurring risks, is responsible for profit and loss. But in Islam, two parties too can have the status of owner, i. e, one party will provide money and be the owner of the business and face risks, while the other party will manage the affairs and both should share the profit according to settled proportions. In case of any loss, the party providing money will be responsible for the financial loss, where as the labour of the party managing the affairs of the business will go waste.
