Abstract

In this paper, the problems of stability and ${l_{2}}$ -gain analysis are investigated for discrete-time switched systems with mode-dependent average dwell time (DT). By proposing a novel multiple discontinuous Lyapunov function (MDLF) approach, the conditions of stability and weighted ${l_{2}}$ -gain are established for nonlinear systems. Next, the corresponding results for linear switched systems are also proposed by using MDLF. It turns out that our proposed results provide smaller bounds on the DT. Some simulation results are given to show the validity of our approaches. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
