Altogether, neither LAD2 nor LUVA human mast cell lines were activated by PGD SB 2 sb despite high expression of DP2 detected in LUVA cells. Expression of DP2 (CRTH2) was measured on peripheral blood basophils (CD123+, FceRIa+) (A), mast cells from nasal polyps (c-kit+, Fc RIa+) (B), and mast cells from nasal turbinates (C) by flow cytometry.
