Abstract

Electromagnetic electron cyclotron (EMEC) waves have been studied for beam velocity with temperature anisotropy. Electromagnetic electron cyclotron (EMEC) waves have been studied by kinetic approach The kinetic approaches developed may be applicable to laboratory plasma as well as to estimate the heating rates, along with the study of emissions of EMEC waves. The effect of electron beam with temperature anisotropy on EMEC instability is evaluated the dispersion relation, growth rate. The main objective of the present investigation is to examine the effect of electron beam with temperature anisotropy in view of the observations in Saturn magnetosphere has been applied by Cassini. It is observed that the effect of electron beam velocity with temperature anisotropy is to decrease the growth/damping rate for different parameter of Saturn’sraddi (Rs) in Saturn’s magnetospher. The results are interpreted for the space plasma parameters appropriate to the Cassini of the Saturn’s magnetoplasma. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
