Abstract

The article discusses the duty of U.S. prosecutors to seek and do justice during trials. Also cited are the need for prosecutors to avoid common errors to prevent injustice, the basic trial errors by prosecutors during jury selection to avoid discriminatory choice and prejudicial statements, opening statements, and closing arguments, as well as other topics like the peremptory challenge and voir dire.
