Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS) is a non-invasive neuroimaging technology,which has gradually become a hot spot in the research of assisting the diagnosis and evaluation of the efficacy of mental diseases.Our design-discovery-explained translational medicine research path,by using multiple cognitive task stimulation models,found that multiple channels of the relative concentration curve of forehead oxygenation and deoxyhemoglobin will show different waveforms.We summarized the correlation of waveform phase characteristic map with typical symptoms and hypothesized that unipolar depression may related to the decline in prefrontal regulation emotional function,and bipolar depression may be related to the dysfunction of prefrontal regulation emotional.
