Abstract

Objected this study to research impact of Toxoplasma gondii injury in serum 75 pregnant women positive infected and 30 pregnant women uninfected negative control, were conducted in the duration from June 2019 to November 2019, was done diagnosis by ELISA methods to find out concentration calcium, potassium, iron, prolactin and melatonin, The result mention presence of the anti-Toxoplasma IgG level was significantly (P < 0.05) reduction the calcium, iron and melatonin in serum pregnant women positive compares with women uninfected, the potassium and prolactin concentration was significantly (P < 0.05) rising in serum compare with pregnant uninfected. This study we conclude that Toxoplasma infection has an effect on some serologic and harmonic levels which caused significant abortion in pregnant woman. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
