药物联合H FOV 对新生儿呼吸窘迫综合征 患儿氧合及肺功能的影响.

Objective To investigate the value of drugs combined with high frequency oscillation ventilation (HFOV)in oxygenation and pulmonary function in neonates with respiratory distress syndrome. Methods A total of 100 neonatal respiratory dis tress syndrome from March 2017 to February 2019 were collected as study subjects, The newborns with respiratory distress syn drome in our hospital were divided into study group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The basic treatment was the same in both groups, and the study group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride combined with HFOV. The therapeutic effect and serum analysis of the two groups were compared. Results Oxygen partial pressure(PaO2) was higher in the study group than that in the control group at 12, 24 h, and partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2) was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). The mechanical ventilation time and hospitalization time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the curative effect was better than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0. 05). Conclusion The combination of drugs and HFOV can significantly improve the oxygenation function of neonates with respiratory distress syndrome and improve the therapeutic effect.
