Abstract

In this article the author the author talks about the study of positron emission tomography (PET) image-guided HDAC inhibition of pediatric diffuse midline glioma improves survival in murine models. It mentions that the PET data reveal that CED has significant mouse-to-mouse variability; imaging is used to modulate CED infusions to maximize tumor saturation; and the use of PET-guide convection-enhanced delivery results in survival prolongation in mouse models.
