Abstract
- The article deals with an emerging vocational role referred to as a movement chaplain who provides spiritual and emotional care to U.S. activists and organizers during and after demonstrations. Topics discussed include the traditional roles played by chaplains and the difference between movement chaplains and the protest chaplains during the Occupy Wall Street movement in 2011.
