Abstract: Reports that a 63-year-old male, with history of hypertension, diabetes melitus and hypercholesterolemia, underwent an ultrasound scan for prostate hypertrophy, which revealed an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA) and disclosure duplication of the inferior vena cava (IVC).
