ESTUDIO MACROESTRUCTURAL COMPARATIVO DE DOS SENTENCIAS DE DIVORCIO EN ESPAÑA Y MARRUECOS.

This paper presents a comparative study between two divorce decrees issued in Spain and Morocco with descriptive and translation purposes of approaching to the translational complexity of these type of texts. For this, on first place, a short textual-typological and functional comparison of these kind of normative constructs will be given. Then, the macrostructure of the selected decrees will be analyzed to identify and highlight the similarities and the differences between them.
