Abstract

Objective To study the effect and clinical value of supervised quitting smoking and lung rehabilitation on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary smoking. Methods The general data and pulmonary function indexes of male patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) who had been hospitalized in our department from June 2018 to August 2019 were collected. According to the principle of order, they were randomly divided into control group and supervised group. The differences of general data, lung function indexes (1 week, half year) and smoking expenditure were compared. Results After six months of follow-up, the number of cigarrette [supervised group (11±11.995) and control group (17.1±11.784) ] decreased, and the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05) . Half a year later, compared with the two groups, the supervised group smoked much less than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05) . Estimated FEV1 (%) [supervised group (71.14±14.077%) and control group (65.20±14.028%) ] were different, with statistically significant difference ( <0.05) . Half a year later, compared with the two groups, the supervised group was superior to the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( <0.05) . FEV 1 (supervised group supervised group 1.656 ±0.4708) L, control group (1.462 ±0.4637) L) showed no significant difference ( >0.05) . The control group decreased, and the difference was not statistically significant ( >0.05) . Half a year later, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( < 0.05) . FVC [supervised group (3.0144±0.5326) L, control group (2.9118±0.5048) L] in the supervised group increased, control group decreased, and the difference was not statistically significant ( >0.05) . Six months later, there was no significant difference between the two groups ( > 0.05) . Conclusion The supervision of quitting smoking and lung rehabilitation in patients with smoking COPD can reduce the number of cigarette, improve the success rate of quitting smoking, delay and even improve the pulmonary function of some patients, and the clinical effect is remarkable.
