Abstract: The article offers technology and plastics industry news briefs as of October 2020. Private investment firm Graham Partners established a premium medical-device manufacturing group through its portfolio firm Medbio LLC. Also cited are the collaboration between machine manufacturer KHS Group and packaging firm Alpla to create a returnable polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottle, and the acquisition by MAAG Group of industrial controls firm Xantec.
