Abstract
- • Higher stability CsPbBr x I (3-x) single crystals were synthesized. • The single crystals have good shape and thermal stability. • As iodine content increases, the thermal stability is better. • The single crystal has broad prospects in detectors and optical devices. A simple and rapid method, temperature rising and crystallization, has been used to synthesis single crystals of inorganic perovskite CsPbBr x I (3-x) , which have higher stability than organic perovskite materials. It is indicated that CsPbBr x I (3-x) single crystals have good shape and thermal stability, and the thermal stability is better with the iodine content increases. Increase of iodine element reduces the impurities doping and improves the purity of the single crystal. The results show a great potentially high performance for optoelectronic devices.
