Abstract
- The article discusses the effectiveness of embedded polar group(EPG) columns in retention of polar analytes in comparison with Atlantis™ dC18 reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography columns. Experiments conducted by the manufacturers show that EPG columns exhibit less retention for polar compounds as compared to Atlantis™ dC18 reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography columns.
