Abstract

The smartphone industry has become the focal point of the world economy with increasing competition every day and its constantly renewed product range. In this market where giant firms compete, the strategic action of firms is of great importance. The study aims to analyze the competition between the top three brands of the smartphone market, Samsung, iPhone and Huawei as a strategy. In this regard, in the study where the game theory of zero-sum and non-zero-sum game methods was used, it was determined that iPhone was better against its rivals in terms of technique, and Samsung and Huawei in terms of appearance feature strategy. On the other hand, the server with the most advantageous brand in terms of price and campaign strategy is Huawei and the weakest brand is the iPhone. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
