Abstract
- The article discusses that the Palos Verdes Library District (PVLD) coronavirus archiving project started with a cat. It mentions that Monique Sugimoto, archivist and local history librarian at Peninsula Center Library, a branch of PVLD in Rolling Hills Estates, California, was quarantined at home in March like the rest of her staff and patrons when she sent a photo of her feline home office companion to her team and asked them to share their own remote workspaces.
